2. Product Authenticity

All products sold on Vintelli are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each item undergoes rigorous authentication by our team of luxury goods experts before being listed for sale. We stand behind our authentication process and provide a certificate of authenticity with every purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

• Klarna
• Swish
• Bank transfer for high-value purchases

Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free Standard Shipping: Within Sweden (2-3 business days)
• Express Shipping: Within Sweden (1-2 business days) - Additional fee applies
• International Shipping: Available to select countries - Rates calculated at checkout

All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• 14-day return window from the date of delivery
• Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging and authentication certificate must be included
• Free return shipping within Sweden
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Product Condition

All items sold on Vintelli are pre-owned unless explicitly stated as "New." We carefully document and photograph the condition of each piece. Minor signs of wear are to be expected on pre-owned luxury items and do not affect their authenticity or quality.

Vintelli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service or any products purchased through the service.
